When a classmate’s mean words hurt her heart, Emily learns that God can help her forgive.
Emily sits alone at recess after Jace calls her names. She never wants to talk to him again. Isaiah listens, reminds her what Jesus said about forgiveness, and helps her take her hurt to God, so she can be brave enough to be kind again.
“Forgive, and you will be forgiven.” Luke 6:37 (BSB)
